Booking conditions

Arrival and departure:

- Arrival: between 3 pm and 8 pm

Late arrival: please let us know if you will arrive after 8 pm

- Departure: until 11 am.

Booking conditions:

The reservation is valid if

• deposit has been paid. The deposit is 50% of the price of the accommodation. You will find the exact amount of the deposit in the  reservation confirmation following your acceptance of our offer;    
• your personal data have been provided;
• you have given your consent to processing to your personal data.

Cancellation Policy:

Reservations may be cancelled free of charge 14 days prior to the date of arrival. The deposit will either be transferred back to your bank account or to your  guest account, which can be used later at your next reservation.

Failure to provide the specified notice of cancellation earlier than 14 days before the scheduled travel and in the event of a guest’s non arrival on the specified date without notice will result in being charged 50% of cancellation fee for the accommodation and services that have been reserved.

If the Contracting Party paid the accommodation and services with advance payment, credit card guarantee or other, and does not arrive by 18:00 local time on the day of arrival or does not indicate that they arrive later, the Service Provider will charge the deposit as a penalty. In this case, the accommodation will be reserved for the Contracting Party until 10:00 on the day following the day of arrival; following this the Service Provider's service obligation will be terminated.
